Are you the biological parent/legal guardian, a resident of Cuyahoga County, and interested in receiving community-based services and supports to assist you with your child’s unruly behavior?
Attention: If you are the biological parent or legal guardian, are a resident of Cuyahoga County, and are interested in receiving community-based services and supports to assist you with your child’s unruly behavior the paperwork needed to begin the process can be picked up at the Juvenile Court Early Intervention & Diversion Center (EIDC) located at the Metzenbaum Center, 3343 Community College Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 during normal business hours. EIDC staff are available to answer questions and explain next steps once paperwork is submitted. NOTE: Children who are ten (10) years of age or younger, or who are actively on probation, or who have pending official cases with this Court are not eligible for EIDC unruly services. EIDC staff do not have the ability or authority to remove children from the home setting.
